Bear Bucks Update

Bear Bucks has changed and can be used as a purchasing option exclusively at on-campus establishments and campus stores. View all official on-campus Bear Bucks locations on our website here. Additionally, Bear Bucks can be used to conveniently pay for orders from any Grubhub merchant nationwide, via pick-up and delivery through the Grubhub app. 

Add funds to your student’s account

Go through the Atrium Connect Portal

  • Go to the Atrium Connect portal linked below
  • Select “Parent/Guest Login”
  • Select “Deposit Bear Bucks via Credit Card” after logging in and fill out the form. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card deposits.

Note: In order to use this feature your student must invite you as a guest on their account. Instructions to do so can be found in the guide below. You may also access the Atrium Connect User Guide for additional information.

If you prefer to deposit money into your student’s account by check. You can mail checks to:

Please include the first and last legal name of the your student, as well as their 11-digit student ID number so we know which account to apply the funds to. Please contact Campus Card Services at campuscard@wustl.edu if you are concerned that your mail did not make it to us.

Restrictions

  • Through this process, parent/guardians can only add funds to a student’s account by a credit/debit card.
  • Credit/Debit cards associated with international banks or addresses may have a difficult time adding to Bear Bucks. If you see this charge on a personal bill while funds were not added to Bear Bucks, the charge will bounce within 7 days. This is an issue we are actively working on with our system vendor.
  • Only signed-in students can bill Bear Bucks deposits to their student account/tuition statement.
  • Campus Card Services cannot disclose individual payment’s to a parent without the permission of the account’s owner, the student. Please maintain active communication with your scholar regarding their personal finances and the responsible management of their Bear Bucks account.
