New Campus Card Location

Inclement Weather Alert: Jan. 6-7 2025

University Services Center for Campus Card Services and Parking/Transportation Customer Services will be open for online (campuscard@wustl.edu) and phone requests (314-935-9339) on Monday, January 6, 2025. The office will be closed to walk-in traffic at Mallinckrodt Center 6465 Forsyth Blvd.

Limited hours (10 am-4 pm) available Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Regular hours (8 am-4 pm) will resume Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

We’ve moved! The University Services Center, serving Campus Card and Parking & Transportation, will relocate this summer. You can now find us on the ground floor of Mallinckrodt Center, next to the Bank of America ATM. Our hours are 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Contact us with any questions. We can’t wait to help you at our new office!

Is your WashU ID Card lost or malfunctioning?
  • When getting a new campus ID, upload your photo using our cloudcard system ahead of your visit. cloudcard
Is your WashU ID Card lost or malfunctioning?
  • Replacement WashU ID cards can be obtained in-person by the University Services Center on the ground floor of Mallinckrodt Center, next to the Bank of America ATM. The University Services Center is open 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. 
  • Lost ID card are $25 for students, $10 for faculty-staff members & university contractors. If your card is malfunctioning, replacements are always free of charge.
Lost your white room card?
  • Campus Card Services CANNOT replace a lost white room card. Please see up to date instruction from the Residential Life website or contact your RA.
How do I request new card access?
  • Faculty-staff members can request new card access through Card Access by emailing cardaccess@wustl.edu The card access email is routinely monitored by the Access Control & Electronic Security office, their hours are Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Students who need new card access should make that request to a Campus Life staff member and/or GPS advisor for student group activities.
