Step 1 – Report Card Lost/Stolen to WUPD

This step is vital to prevent others from assuming your identity on and off campus, improperly utilizing your building swipe access, or making purchases through your Meal Plan or Bear Bucks Account.

Upon your call to WUPD, the lost card will be temporarily disabled.

Step 2 – Collect identification

To receive a new card, our office will ask you to verify your identity. You must present:

  • Your six-digit Student ID number
  • A valid photo ID (State Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport)

Step 3 – Determine payment method

As a student, if you cannot produce your current WashU ID, your newly issued card will cost $25. Our office accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash/Check
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bear Bucks
  • Bill Student Account
