Washington University in St. Louis contractors and vendors can obtain an ID card from Card Services, located in Women’s Building, Rm. 002. Campus Card Services is available Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Contractors can bring in a damaged or expired ID card to exchange for a new card at no cost but there is a $10 fee to replace a lost ID card. Another government-issued photo ID is required to obtain your first ID card or replace a lost card.
The Contractor Vendor ID Request Form must be completed, and emailed to email@example.com to successfully obtain a WUSTL ID card. Submitting this form electronically will be the most efficient way to get it to our office. Save the form to your desktop, complete and sign it online, and email it to our office. Please reference the contractor name in the email.
You may also bring a printed hard-copy to the office.
After filling out and submitting a request form (either via e-mail or in person), bring a government-issued photo ID to the Campus Card Office (Women’s Building Suite 002) to receive your card.
Certain doors on campus require special clearance to access. Such doors include those in the DUC or various maintenance rooms. For stand-alone access to be added to your card, you must contact the correct office BEFORE obtaining your ID card.

Adding Bear Bucks
Contractors may deposit money onto their ID card. They must visit the Campus Card office with a completed Contractor Card Bear Bucks Request Form. A minimum deposit of $5.00 (cash or check only) is required to open an account. Additional information regarding locations where Bear Bucks is accepted can be found under the Bear Bucks tab on this website.
Using Your ID Card
The University Affiliate Plan is a declining balance account accepted for the purchase of food and beverage at all Bon Appetit- and Aramark-managed locations on the Danforth, West and North Campuses and the two locations on the Medical Campus.
