Existing University-Danforth Campus cardholder may request a Replacement Card through the Campus Card Services Office if their current card has become lost/stolen, outdated, broken, or requires a change in card info.

At the end of the survey, you will be prompted to Submit Work Order. This will notify our office that you require a card and allow us to prepare your card before you arrive to our office for pick-up.

Campus Card Services only provides Replacement ID Cards for Danforth Campus affiliated persons.

If not, go to WebStac. Changes to your last name or official University credentials must be certified through the University Registrar

Make sure to follow ID Portrait Guidelines & Procedures or you will be asked to retake your photo and your process to getting a replacement ID could be delayed.
Go to WashU Police or Call 314-935-5555. Reporting your lost card to WUPD insures that we can temporarily disable your building access and protect your Meal Plan and Bear Bucks accounts from fraud or misuse.
You will need to pass this government photo ID to an office clerk so that we can verify your identity.
By returning your current WashU ID card, you waive all incurred Replacement Card Fees.
If you cannot produce your current WashU ID regardless of circumstance, you will be charged a Replacement Card fee of $25.
