Due to COVID-19, Campus Card Services is not currently offering in-person fingerprint background checks.
Campus Card Services provides background check services to individual students as well as programs complying with the University’s Youth Protection Policy.
Individual Background Check Request
For individual students needing a background check not related to the Youth Protection Policy, please complete an Individual Request for a Background Check form. Once the form is submitted, a member of the Campus Card Services team will follow-up with next steps to completing your background check.
Background Checks for Youth Protection Policy
