FACULTY AND STAFF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

The Faculty and Staff Account includes a University Meal Plan (The FAST Plan) and a campus spending account. Meal Plan includes the benefit of allowing the purchase of food and beverages exempt from sales tax. This is a savings of approximately 6-9%, depending on location.

Your card may be used at:
  • Danforth Campus dining locations
  • North Campus & West Campus Cafés
  • 3 Medical School locations
  • More than 60 vending machines
  • Campus Businesses

Faculty and Staff can enroll and manage their Campus Card Account on-line through HRMS Self Service. Click here for details on the scheduling of Payroll Deductions. To enroll or manage your account follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the HRMS Access link below.
  2. Enter your Employee ID number and Password. (If you need assistance with your password, please call the Help Desk at: 935-5707. All other questions should be directed to Campus Card at: 935-8800.)
  3. Select "Employee Self Service" from the Menu on the left.
  4. Select "Personal Information."
  5. Select "Campus Interaction"
  6. Select "Campus Card Account."
  7. Authorize a single payroll deduction, set up a Charge feature, or both. Details of these options click here: Employee Highlights.

If you do not have internet access, you may make a deposit to your account by downloading a Deposit Form and delivering it to the Residential Life Center.
